A day in the beit midrash
Built for the guy who has never opened a sefer.
There is no beginner track here, because everybody is a beginner. That changes everything: nobody is behind, nobody is embarrassed to ask, and the shiur is pitched at the room instead of over its head.

Slowly, with explanation. Nobody is expected to know what they are doing yet.

Breakfast together
Everybody eats. This is not optional and it is not rushed.

Morning seder
Chumash and gemara built from zero. Chavrusa plus shiur, with staff circulating the whole time.

Lunch and downtime
Gym, basketball, the beach, a nap. A ten month year needs air in it.

Afternoon track
Halacha for real life, Jewish history, or the big questions track. Rotates through the week.

One to one
Every guy gets regular time with a mentor. This is where the year actually happens.

Dinner, night seder, or out
Some nights learning, some nights Tel Aviv, some nights nothing at all.
Every week, on the road
The country is the second half of the curriculum.
The travel is not a break from the learning. It is where the learning lands. You read about it in the morning, then you stand in it.
